Princeton Faith & Work Initiative generates intellectual frameworks and practical resources for students and leaders regarding the issues and opportunities surrounding faith/religion/spirituality and work.  At any given time, there is a mix of short term and long term research projects being undertaken by the Initiative.

The researchers at FWI are currently exploring several different avenues of research into the intersection of faith/religion/spirituality and work.  Topics include faith-friendly companies, Sunday-Monday gap, The Integration Profile and workplace chaplaincy.  There are three ongoing major research projects: Sky Pilots: A study of Workplace Chaplaincy, The Integration Profile and God at Work II.
