Bio/Description

Rich serves as Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Performance Trust Capital Partners, where he has built a business whose mission includes empowering financial institutions to earn their independence through growth, acquisition or strategic exits. He is a committed educator who brings unbridled passion to the industry by challenging conventional wisdom, working with financial institutions to achieve their strategic goals. Prior to founding Performance Trust, he was a Managing Director with Clayton Brown & Associates, Inc. where he directed the Portfolio Analytics Group. Rich was a contributing editor for the ABA Banking Journal for five years and authored various feature articles in the journal as well as other banking and regulatory publications. He was also original faculty members of our highly acclaimed educational programs. Rich is a nationally recognized speaker on financial topics and was a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg, and MSNBC. He also currently serves on the board. Rich received his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Wheaton College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 registered.
