Pat Gelsinger is CEO of Intel, and former CEO of Vmware. He has more than 35 years of technology and leadership experience, and he brought a significant contribution to the creation and the development of key industry technologies such as USB and Wi-Fi, the original 80486 processor.

 He holds several patents in the areas of VLSI design, computer architecture, and communications.
