Louis J. Giuliano serves as an Operating Executive at The Carlyle Group LP. Mr. Giuliano serves as a Senior Advisor to The Carlyle Group. He has held many executive positions at ITT, Avionics Systems Group, Vectrus, Inc.,  Exelis MSCO Inc.,  Accudyne Industries.

 He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service. Louis J. Giuliano is also active in non-profit organizations, as a founder or board member, such as Workforce Ministries,  Syracuse University Whitman School of Management.  

 Mr. Giuliano serves as Honorary Chairman of the Westchester County Red Cross Armed Forces Emergency Services and as a member in many other non-profit boards.
