Nicoleta Acatrinei published a book chapter in the Springer Collection Management for Professionals about an integrative mindfulness program  featuring the nepsis-manager, the vigilant-manager.

The chapter is based on the teaching of  Saint John Chrysostom (4th Century, Late Antiquity) to his auditory composed mainly of the most richest and influential people of that time in the Roman Empire. The modernity of this teaching comes from its profound knowledge of human psychology and analyses two passions, angry and greed and  their respective impact on ethical decision-making.
